√ Subspecialized in the diagnosis and treatment of Systemic Autoimmune Diseases, at the Mataró General Hospital, Vall d’Hebron Hospital of Barcelona, and in international hospital training rotations. 

√ Doctorate cum laude in Medicine (Specialty in Infectious Diseases) from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). Postgraduate degree in “Prevalent Diseases of the Community” from the UAB.  

√ Active member of the Spanish Society of Internal Medicine (SEMI). Member of SEMI-GEAS (Systemic Autoimmune Diseases Group of SEMI) and the Infectious Diseases group of SEMI.  

√ Active member of the Group of External Advisors of the National Commission for Assisted Human Reproduction of the Ministry of Health (CNRHA), representing the Spanish Society of Internal Medicine. 

√ Member of the Board of Directors of the Catalan-Balearic Society of Internal Medicine as a resident member and coordinator of clinical cases. Teaching duties to residents in public healthcare.  

√ Collaborator in several lines of research in Systemic Autoimmune Diseases. Author of different national and international indexed publications, especially in the area of Sepsis and Septic Shock.
